Ushers are the link between the liturgy and the community. Ushers help parishioners to find seats, assist with the offertory collection,  offertory gift procession, and supervise the safety and other needs of the congregation.

This ministry is open to all parishioners 18 and older; men and women. Ushers are friendly people who welcome all ages and nationalities. They can handle emergency situations with courage and composure. They carry a dignity about themselves even when performing menial tasks.
 

The Archdiocese of Miami requires a background check and fingerprinting of all ushers.

• Ushers are usually scheduled to serve 2 to 3 times per month at the mass of their choice, depending on need.
• Ushers also have the option to serve at Christmas, Easter, and other holy days.
